All Team Sports Apparel started the way a lot of good things do—because something wasn’t working. Jeremy Mahan and Daniel McBay were hosting travel ball teams, and getting shirts for their umpires was a nightmare.
So they decided to fix it.
In 2017, they started All Team Sports Apparel with one goal: to make it easier for coaches and teams to get the gear they need, without the headaches. That means uniforms that match, orders that arrive when promised, and a real team on the other end who cares about getting it right.
It all kicked off over breakfast at a Cracker Barrel in Bryant, Arkansas, with a rep from Champro who told them flat-out: it was going to be hard. The deal wasn’t great. The odds weren’t in their favor. But they said yes anyway and got to work, and now they’re one of Champro’s top vendors.
From that first meeting, All Team Sports has always been about showing up, figuring it out, and doing right by the people who count on them.
